see me be stupid =P

haha havn't been posting for very long, but already neglecting this baby =P  so uhm... finished the cranes on the 17th at like, 5 am >.<  when i put them all in the vase tho (couldn't find a bottle/jar that was good looking of cheap enough) it didn't fill it up entirely T_T  so i asked miko what to do, and she said to replace a bunch of the small cranes i made with big ass ones. so uhm.. i did haha. turned out alright.  it was funny cuz i finished thursday morning, and then nelson came over for dinner that night. so i had to super clean my room up to leave no evidence of my work!! then we went to go see the midnight showing of the dark knight (so good >.<) and went to wait in line early, around 9.  turns out they were playing the movie in 5 theatres downtown, so the theatre we were assigned to had little to no line when we got there. and even when they opened the doors at 11 pm, once we all piled in there was still enough room for us to have easily found seats together -___-;; oh well! got to sit on the floor playing ff tactics advance while waiting hahaha. havn't played that game in so long, i think i'm hooked again. which is bad, since i need to study for my midterm....

so i basically didn't get home until like, 3 am that night and then had to wake up at a decent time in the morning to have breakfast with kevin before he goes to china/hong kong for the rest of the summer. then went straight to nelson's to try to fly our kite again~ but when we looked at the weather report, we figured it wasn't windy enough =( so we watched jumper instead. what a silly movie. oh, so very silly.  then, i, being my ever alert self, fell asleep for 2 hours =D  and then we hurried out to go to hapa izakaya in kits!! on the way there, he asked me what percentage of people i thought were going to arrive late. and we agreed that two our friends who are always late... would be late again.  well, i guess the joke was on us, cuz WE were the late ones! it was impossible to find parking in the area.... so when we entered the restaurant, everyone was waiting for us haha. so... we were right! two people were late, but not the two people we were thinking of.... so anyway, we all just went crazy and ordered everything we wanted.  and nelson was such a sweetie and picked up the ENTIRE bill.  i guess winning the jackpot at a casino can make you a little generous hehe. the total for 7 people was $400. INSANE! BUT SO DELICIOUS!  after dinner went went to walk on the beach to let our food settle and to sober up =P  there were empty volleyball nets set up for a tournament the next day, so nelson and some people started playing, and my friend yufei and i sat on the swing set nearby. and then these two brown guys came up to us and asked if they could swing with us. and so i just said sure, and started to get off. but then they said "oh no, you don't have to get off" and i said "but the only two other swings available are the baby seats." and he goes "no, we want to swing with you." so yufei is just sittng there, not really looking at them, and i got off and said "no, it's alright, you can have your turn" and picked up my bag to walk away.   and the guy kind of laughs and says "oh, way to cock block!" like, wtf! i don't believe it's considered cock blocking if a girl TURNS YOU DOWN. it just means that SHE DIDN'T WANT TO SLEEP WITH YOU!!!!!  in any case, nelson was too busy playing volleyball to notice, and yufei's boyfriend was also totally oblivious hahaha. 

so then yesterday, i went over to nelson's to celebrate our 6 month anniversary <3 <3 <3   he was quite surprised when he saw the cranes, since apparently he was expecting a code geass figurine hahaha. to be quite honest, i don't even remember if there was a point in time when he said he wanted one >.<  sooooo then he gave me my gift, which was a necklace =D it's one of those ones that are like, a bunch of small gems all connected in a slightly wavy line... i'm sure there's a name for it but i havn't looked into it yet =P  and then we went to playland for the afternoon, rode the coaster twice yay, got free donuts from my friend working there and kicked so much ass at ddr.  also bumped into my friends matt and ida. such a surprise!  ida wanted to play the games to try to win a prize, and before we came had already spent $9 trying.  so her and nelson played the water shooting game where u aim the water gun to fill up a tube of water or something... and nelson won!! so now, i would like to introduce biggie, the big headed turtle, to our .... strange family unit type thing.  after playland we went to seasons in queen e park for dinner. ahhh so nice >.<  we went at a time when we'd be able to see the sunset as we were eating.... and then we were supposed to go to nightmarket afterwards, but he was too tired. so we sat in his kitchen playing a board game =P

so anyway, that was my last couple days. gonna go to nelson's house again today and yufei will come over so we can dye my hair!! nothing too shocking, so the next time you see me, you'll still be able to recongize me. hopefully.

that means i only have 235 left to go! w00t!!! ever since i bought more origami paper on the 13th, i made almost 300.  hmm, that doesn't seem like a lot. but i guess that's like, 100 per day... but that's not fast enough!! >.<  it now takes me ~1.2 minutes to make a crane. so it'll still take me almost 5 hours to make the rest of them. BUT it takes me time to write "i love you" on the inside of each one... ugh, i'm such a sappy weirdo. he will never read them! why am i doing this!!! ..... but i can't stop now, i already wrote inside over 3/4 of them...

SO, to the only two people who will be reading this.... i didn't get a registration e mail from cure to ANY of my e mail accounts. so that's my original e mail, my barely used yahoo account, AND the two live accounts i made just today as i was talking to you >.<  why doesn't english cure want me, i don't understand T_T

also, when i was taking the 41 today, this little girl sat down beside me and started staring at me as i was making a crane (because i'm trying to make 1000 paper cranes for nelson and mine's 6 month anniversary).  so she was looking pretty intently, and i ran out of papers with writing on the inside (cuz i'm being a 'tard and writing messages on each piece of paper... it is taking forever, i wish i'd thought it through more thoroughly before starting -__-;;) so i started to write on new pieces of paper.  and i guess i sort of had to angle myself in a way that i could write on it without my arms shaking too much cuz i'm on the bus, but this girl like, leaned over towards to me to see what i was writing. and it was sort of embarassing (but very worksafe) for her to see me write "Nelson, I love you" and then "Nelson, Happy 6 month anniversary".  so at this point, i think her mom, who was nearby, started to lecture her in french about how it's impolite for her to be staring at people.  well, i'm just assuming this since my french doesn't go past a grade 8 level, but what else could she have been telling her daughter?!  so anyway, she continued to stare, albeit more surreptiously from there on... but i decided, what the hell, and quickly made a pink one for her, since i assumed they were getting off at oakridge, which was coming up soon.  i gave it to her and her mom was like "oh! it's so pretty!" and the little girl said "thank you!" and i think she asked her mom in french wtf a crane was hahahahha. 

anyway, long story short, i now have one less crane to add to my collection. so i still need to make 748 T_T  but i DID take a two hour nap today, so i can afford to miss some sleep tonight to get ahead in my crane making. har har. ugh. kill me now.
